Schools Moving To Multimedia Classrooms, Board Learns

Sulphur Public Schools have several projects in the works to bring more technology into the classroom. The schools’ Information Technology Director Ron White updated the school board at their regular meeting Monday, Dec. 5.
White listed two projects that will help the schools keep up with wireless technology developments that are trending in the classroom:
•41 new wireless access points will be installed in the high school. Existing SHS access points will be reinstalled into the middle school and intermediate school computer labs for better wireless coverage;
