Alberto “Albert” Cervantes

Funeral services for Alberto “Albert” Cervantes, 50, Davis, were held 11:00 a.m., Monday, Oct. 24, at the First Baptist Church of Davis with Clint Pope officiating. Interment followed at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis under the direction of Hale’s Funeral Home of Davis. Albert was born January 21, 1966 in Ennis, Texas to the late Demetrio P. and Esperanza (Salazar) Cervantes. He died Thursday, Oct. 20, in Ardmore. Albert, a native Texan, moved to the Davis area in 2000. While living in Davis, he owned and operated a mobile automobile detailing service. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Albert was an avid OU and Dallas Cowboys football fan. Survivors include two daughters, Jamie Tuck and husband, Lance, Ardmore and Amanda Cervantes and Jason, Chickasha; three sons, Alberto Cervantes, Jr and wife, Sara, Hartshorne, Johnny Cervantes and Sunny, Davis and Michael Cervantes, Pauls Valley; four grandchildren and two brothers, Juan Cervantes, Davis and Daniel Cervantes of Garland, Texas. In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by one sister, Angela Garcia and several aunts and uncles. On line condolences may be offered at
