Democrats’ Student Loan Hypocrisy

Democrats’ Student Loan Hypocrisy

For several years, radical liberals have called for mass student loan forgiveness with no indication with what it would do to our country’s economy or how it would affect hardworking Americans. While federal student loan repayments were understandably paused during the height of the coronavirus pandemic, now two years later, Americans have returned to work and should resume paying down their loans. However, President Joe Biden has issued another extension on the repayment pause, yet again showing he is more focused on protecting the interests of the wealthiest and most radical faction of his party instead of policies that would actually help America’s current inflationary crisis.

Memories Of Sallie Carder ZONES: CENTRAL

Governor Stitt proclaimed Tuesday as Oklahoma National Guard Appreciation Day and we held our annual joint session to honor the men and women of our state’s 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, “The Thunderbirds.” These brave Oklahomans step up during natural disasters in our state and nation like floods and tornadoes as well as foreign conflicts, dating back to World War II and Korea through the ongoing Global War on Terror. They also help during other emergencies, like throughout the pandemic, when many worked in short-staffed hospitals and nursing homes to provide medical care, sanitation, and other assistance as needed. Our state currently has more than 8,000 of these “citizen soldiers” who are always prepared and waiting to serve in whatever capacity needed.

Memories Of A.B. Bridges

I was born in 1859, in Mississippi. Father was W.W. Bridges born in North Carolina. Mother was Lucy Ann Adair born in Tennessee. I came to the Indian Territory with my family in 1884. We came on the train to Gainesville, Texas, and were met there by my uncle Watson Wells, who lived at old Thackerville in the Chickasaw Nation.
