Sulphur Boy Scout Zachary Boldt recently completed his Eagle Scout project here. Zach was assisted by members of Sulphur Troop 160. The team worked on Saturday, May 9 installing a new metal sign at the Veterans Memorial Park on Broadway at W. 11th Street.
Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby today announced that Chickasaw Nation businesses and offices already closed to help mitigate the spread of coronavirus will remain closed through May 29.
Murray County Commissioners approved a measure at the regular weekly meeting on Monday to re-open public access to the Murray County Courthouse effective immediately. The board said each elected official can decide how best to accommodate visitors to their offices in compliance with social distancing and other state mandates.
