Funeral services for Emma Rae (Woods) Lowery, formerly Emma Rae Stephens, will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Dougherty Baptist Church, with pastors Alan McCoy and Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Dougherty Cemetery.
