Albert Leroy Morris died May 22, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years 10 months 26 days. A graveside memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday,April 1, 2023, at the Lexington Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
Nancy Paulette Sitton was born June 29, 1944, to Ralph and Lydia Sitton, in Lamar, Missouri. Nancy and her brother Ernest grew up in Oklahoma City. She attended U.S. Grant High School. Not long after graduation, she met Robert “Bob” Doty, Jr. They married three months after meeting on December 27, 1962, and soon welcomed three daughters. They moved to Sulphur, where they lived until 1979, before moving to Ardmore. After raising their daughters, they moved back to Sulphur, where they enjoyed visiting the park, living by the lake, and spending time with their six grandchildren.
Funeral services for Linda Rae Nye will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2023, at the Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Dougherty Cemetery.
Services for J.C. Corley will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Hale’s Memorial Chapel, in Sulphur, with Reverend Bill Kirkpatrick officiating.
