William Gene “Bill” Mayo, 88, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore, Oklahoma surrounded by his family. Bill was born on May 11, 1934, to George Washington Mayo and Lorene (Brown) Mayo in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He moved with his grandmother, Willie Bowers, to Sulphur, Oklahoma in 1948 and graduated Sulphur High School with the class of 1952.
Funeral services for Michael Lynn “Mike” Bixler were held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Hale’s Memorial Chapel, in Davis, with Pastor Duwayne Colvin officiating.
Funeral services for Adelia Elaine Robinson, 84, Davis, will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 13, at Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Green Hill Cemetery in Davis.
Services for Charles Randall Kirby, 73, Sulphur, were held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, at Central Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Eddie Dye Interment followed at Drake Cemetery under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home.
Graveside services for Billy Ray Holt, 92, of Sulphur, were held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2022 at Fort Smith National Cemetery, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Military services were performed by the U.S. Army Honors Team. Arrangements were under the direction of DeArman Funeral Home, of Sulphur.
